After cleaning, basic staging for handover photography or owner inspection — positioning of any furniture or decorative items already on site, ensuring all surfaces are camera-ready, confirming pool and garden areas are presentable. Re-Clean Before Occupation

For properties where there's a gap between handover clean and actual occupation — common in Bali where construction completes and occupation or first guests arrive weeks later — a light re-clean removes accumulated dust before first use.
